Payment Methods

1.Cash on delivery (exclusively for orders within Greece)

You pay the value of your order in cash to the carrier who will come to your location to deliver your products. The order amount cannot exceed five hundred (500) euros. If the order amount exceeds five hundred (500) euros, you must choose another payment method.

For shipments within Greece, the cash on delivery costs with the company ELTA are 2 euros.

For the collection you must have with you your Police ID or Passport or Driving License for identification purposes. In case your order is received by a third party, they must have one of the above documents for their identification as well as authorization for the collection certified through gov.gr. or by a K.E.P.

The cash on delivery order will be confirmed by phone call before delivery.

Deposit to Bank Account

In this case, you can place your order without making the payment immediately. The order remains pending and is completed – and the execution deadlines of 1 to 2 days begin to run – by depositing the total amount of the order into our bank account below.

Additionally, once you make the deposit, you must definitely notify us by sending us the bank deposit slip to our email info@elegantdresscode.com. As a justification on the deposit slip, you must include your full name, your order number, the total amount of the order, and the date you made the deposit.

Please note that for purchases made through our online store, the deposit to our company's bank account must be made within a maximum of three (3) days of your order, otherwise your order will be automatically canceled. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment.

Payment by Credit/Debit Card

The payment process through all Greek and international Visa and MasterCard cards is carried out by redirection to the secure environment of EUROBANK bank and you will be able to pay through credit, debit and prepaid cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. In our e-shop, transactions are made with absolute security. We do not collect or store your debit/credit card details in any way.

Product return policy

The law sets a mandatory fourteen (14) day period for the consumer to withdraw from the sale without giving any reason, from the moment of receipt of the products he purchased. If you are a natural person acting as a consumer only, you can return the products within fourteen (14) days by sending them to our store.

The procedure followed is as follows:

-You inform the company within the above deadline of 14 days (by phone (+30 694 4872 208.) or by e-mail info@elegantdresscode.com).

-You send us a clear statement of withdrawal which can be found here.

-You send it to us via e-mail.

-We will refund the money we received within the time limits set by law, by depositing it into your bank account, which you will indicate to us, or to your credit card (if the payment was made by credit card). We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the products back.

Necessary conditions for the procedure to be accepted:

1. The product must be in its original excellent condition, intact and unused, unworn, without stains, discoloration or pulls or any alteration to the fabric. Tags and prices must be intact. The product must be returned in our company's packaging.

2. To be sent to our store together with the accompanying and proof of purchase documents.

3. It must have been received, checked and approved by us.

4. It must not be a personalized/special order product.

Product Change Policy

You have the right to request an exchange of the products you purchased with another product or products from our store, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the order.

In this case, you are responsible for:

• The costs of transporting the products

• Insurance costs

In the event that the product selected after the change is of a lower value than that of your original order, we will not refund the difference.

The process is as follows:

1. You inform our company (by phone or e-mail) within the above deadline (30 days).

2. The company sends you a special "Product Change" form, which you fill out.

3. Send the above completed form to our company's e-mail.

Necessary conditions for your request to change the product to be accepted:

1. The product must be in its original excellent condition, intact and unused, unworn, without stains, discoloration or pulls or any alteration to the fabric. Tags and prices must be intact. The product must be returned in our company's packaging.

2. Must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and all other supporting/accompanying documents.

3. It must have been received, checked and approved by us.

Upon receipt of the product, check it and confirm that its packaging remains intact.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Our company collaborates with ELTA Courier for the deliveries of your orders. Domestically, the shipment of items within Greece is done with the DOOR-TO-DOOR service and abroad with the EMS and SPM services. The procedure is as follows:

1. Processing your order

A confirmation email is sent to your email address after your order is submitted. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

2. Shipping Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment.

Once your payment has been approved and verified, all orders are processed within four to six (4-6) days. We will contact you for any reason if there are any delays.

3. Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Customers must provide an address where someone will be present to sign for delivery on the agreed delivery date.

The shipping time of the products you have ordered depends on many factors and there may be delays for reasons beyond our control. In case of your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions, unforeseen events, etc.) or another event outside our sphere of influence and not attributable to our own fault, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order.
